- This position goes beyond the scope of a normal retail team member. You will have opportunities to explore visual merchandising, event curation, order fulfillment, off site pop up opportunities, and marketing.
- You are 18 years or older.
- Reside in Knoxville, TN or the surrounding areas.
- You are available to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to be on your feet a minimum of seven hours and lift at least 30 pounds.
- Minimum of 20 hours are required weekly with Saturday and Sunday full availability.
PART-TIME
Retail Associate
Looking for Associates with availability Wednesday through Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm.
- Has at least 1 to 2 years of retail experience, provides excellent customer service, meets store merchandising standards, and provides an outstanding shopping experience to customers.
- Can work independently, taking ownership of the shop enviroment, and meeting our expectations with scheduled tasks and duties.
- Works in partnership with the Owners to keep the store staffed, clean, safe, welcoming, and representative of the Mother brand.
- Works well with other shop associates, is a team player, and has a positive attitude
